Your mission

As a founding US Product Consultant, your mission will be to support customers and partners in the implementation and operation of the imagino solution as an extension of the sales cycle.

The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and success, including rapid adoption of imagino and the pursuit of value.

As part of an experienced, close-knit, caring and committed team, your obsession with customer service and your proactiveness will be key factors in the roles overall success.

Job Description and Duties

• Understanding customer needs and the challenges they face on a daily basis

• Propose solutions to maximize the use of our products

• Configure and customize products to meet specific customer needs

• Provide training and technical support to customers and partners

• Cross collaobrate with multiple internal imagino teams

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's products and processes

Desired profile

• Successful professional experience of at least 2 or 3 years in a similar position

• Experience in the Digital Marketing field regardless of the sector or activity

• Skills in data modeling (relational), SQL language, Javascript

• Strong team spirit

• Curiosity, Openness, Adaptability and interpersonal skills

• Autonomy, Pressure management, Sense of initiative to lead subjects in a constantly changing world

• Rigor and organizational skills
